Terms & Conditions – Movie For 2 (Monday to Thursday- any show as per availability, Fri/Saturday/Sunday- only Morning Shows)
1. This voucher entitles the eligible user to 2 complimentary movie tickets at participating cinemas from Monday to Thursday (any show as per availability), Friday/Saturday/Sunday (only Morning Shows). Offer valid in select cities.
2. Bookings will be confirmed only from Monday to Friday. All booking requests submitted on Saturday and Sunday will be attended on the subsequent business day.
3. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.
4. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
5. To avail the offer, customers need to show the SMS confirmation or a printout of the e-ticket at the venue.
6. The movie ticket booking has to be for a currently running movie or released movie. No request for advance bookings for forthcoming movie releases will be entertained.
7. Our concierge representative will try to reach you up to a maximum of 2 times within 24 business hours of your preferred booking date to confirm your movie tickets, in case the customer is non contactable, the booking request will be cancelled and cannot be rebooked again.
8. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.
9. The offer is open to residents of India only.
10. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale.
11. This offer is applicable only on 2D movies and excludes 3D movies, Imax, and other special screenings.
12. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats.
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
14. The voucher is valid for the best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier, and Gold, XL, Recliner, Director’s Cut or any other class seats.
15. The cinema voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
16. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
17. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
18. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.

General Terms and Conditions
1. This voucher offers the users to 2 Free Movie Tickets, Monday to Thursday (any show as per availability), Friday/Saturday/Sunday (only Morning Shows) at participating outlets and cities in India. 
2. Only the purchases made between 01-05-2025 to 02-06-2025 will be considered for rewards.
3. The offer is not valid on purchases made in Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), Multi Brand Outlets (MBOs), etc. Offer only applicable for purchases made from franchise store only mentioned in the given link www.bestsellerrewards.com
4. A single bill/invoice with a value more than Rs.7,000/- and above from select franchise outlet of Brand JACK & JONES, VERO MODA & ONLY  will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs or bill value in that invoice.
5. This voucher is neither transferable nor sellable nor encashable.
6. This offer is neither available to dealers, distributors, sippliers and employees of Franchise Stores, and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies, and their immediate families.
7. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
8. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
9. Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
10. No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices will be considered
11. The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products.
12. The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
13. Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
14. The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 14/06/2025, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
15. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
16. Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
17. A maximum of one voucher code can be availed per person, per mobile number, per email id, per invoice/bill, per account and per household during the Promotion period.

23. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or the Promoters reserves the right to change the terms and of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and the Promoters shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention, or fraud, the Promoters reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
25. Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and the Promoters are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this Promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion.
26. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
27. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s Promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate opera on of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoters reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoters suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoters for those losses, damages, and costs.
